The Special Education HelpLine is a toll-free service that answers questions related to special education topics.

This service was developed for parents of students with disabilities, but is available to anyone with questions about special education.
When is the HelpLine available?
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 3 PM
- Saturday - 9 AM to Noon

Is help available in other languages?
The Spanish Helpline will be available on Tuesdays beginning Tuesday, September 25 between 1 and 4 PM by calling
the HelpLine number 1-888-505-2673.
As always our English Special Ed. HelpLine will be available Monday – Friday 9-3 PM where a knowledgeable staff person will be
available to answer your questions in English or where you can leave your name and number and someone who speaks Spanish will call you back.
If you are unable to reach us during regular business hours, you can send an email. Emails are generally answered within three business days. If you need
more immediate assistance, our toll-free phone number is the best way to reach us.
