Do you have questions about your child's IEP.  Do you need information on how special education works?  Call our Helpline number for assistance.  Our staff are ready to assist you with all of your special education questions!

What is the Helpline?

The Special Education Helpline is a toll-free service that answers questions related to special education topics.

Who can call?

This service was developed for parents of students with disabilities, but is available to anyone with questions about special education.

When is the Helpline available?

  • During the School Year:  Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • We will have reduced hours during the summer months. Beginning June 21, 2011 the Helpline will be open from 10:00 AM to Noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
