STOMP’s Mission

To support and educate Parents of Children with Special Needs so they can better advocate for their children. STOMP serves all military and reservist parents. STOMP will provide military parents with individual assistance and information about parent’s rights and responsibilities in obtaining special education services for their children whether located in the United States or overseas. STOMP works in collaboration with Oregon’s Parent Training and Information Center.
